Your name, email, and phone number if you give it, and the numbers you enter into our calculators: home price, rate, balance, target rate, and the like. We also record the page you were on and the time you submitted. Our forms run on Netlify.
To answer your question, to tell you when rates reach the rate you asked about, and to help you get a loan if you ask for one. Nothing else.
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with anyone except the people needed to help you with a loan (our lender, NEXA Mortgage, and its partners) and the services that run this site.
If you reached a tool through a real estate agent’s link, that agent’s name appears on the page. The agent does not receive what you type into the form unless you tell us to share it.
We keep submissions as long as they’re useful for the purpose above, and delete them if you ask.
